Michelle Hardy
Michelle Hardy is a Board-Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC) and a Spelling to Communicate (S2C) Practitioner. She has over 25 years of experience in the field of autism, dedicating much of her career to providing quality music therapy services for autistic individuals to build nonmusical, functional skills in the domains of sensorimotor, communication, and cognition. A big aspect of Michelle’s work has been supporting non-speaking individuals to find their voice, and many of her passions were brought together when introduced to Spelling to Communicate (S2C).
Rachel Hidalgo
Rachel Hidalgo is a board-certified music therapist (MT-BC) from Destin, FL. She received her bachelor’s degree in clarinet performance from the University of Florida and her master’s degree in Music Therapy from Colorado State University. Upon completion of her internship at Integrated Therapy of Northern Colorado in Fort Collins, Colorado, she moved to San Diego, California to provide music therapy services in the educational setting. Rachel has experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, visual impairments, Parkinson’s disease, and memory loss. MHAS is thrilled to have Rachel join the team! She brings a collaborative, energetic spirit to her therapeutic experiences and cares deeply for the families that she serves.
Danielle Angeloni
Danielle Angeloni is a board-certified music therapist (MT-BC) from Dallas, Texas. She received her bachelor’s degree in Music Therapy and Professional Music from Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA. Danielle has worked for several years serving children and adolescents with neurological differences in both the educational and medical settings. Drawing from her knowledge of songwriting and music composition, Danielle offers unique opportunities for individuals of all ages to engage in self-expression through therapeutic songwriting. MHAS warmly welcomes Danielle to our ever-growing, dynamic team as she brings a passion for embracing individual differences and empowering her clients and their families.
